Catherine is a dispute resolution lawyer. She acts for clients in general commercial litigation including debt recovery and asset tracing, contractual disputes, shareholders’ disputes, employment disputes and arbitration proceedings, etc.
Catherine also advises clients, including financial institutions, listed companies and their directors and employees in regulatory investigations involving the Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and in anti-corruption investigations involving the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
In addition, Catherine regularly acts for clients being victims of cybercrime. She has been assisting clients in obtaining urgent injunction and disclosure orders as well as commencing civil actions and liaising with the police for recovery of funds.
Prior to joining Chan & Jamison LLP, Catherine worked in other leading international law firms.
